As early as the development process, and ideally as a result of the associated FMEAs, the necessary test steps and measures are coordinated with the customer via the control plan.

These quality assurance measures along the entire value chain are documented in the control plan (production control plan).

During series production, any deviations identified must of course be incorporated into the test planning via the FMEA and the production control plan in the sense of “lessons learned”.
